Program Overview
Citizen Defender integrates firearms safety and practical defensive tactics with our ClearSky hand-to-hand system. Sessions cover awareness, safe handling, retention, transitions between empty-hand and holster, & low-stress decision making. We train for real life — not competition.

Class Safety Protocol — Read Carefully
- No weapons or ammunition of any sort are allowed in the building. This includes firearms, live ammunition, knives, or any replica loaded items.
- If anyone leaves the training area, they must be buddy-checked by two people before re-entering the training area.
- If someone perceives a dangerous or unsafe situation, loudly shout “CEASE FIRE!” until instructions are given and everyone points training weapons in the safest possible direction.
- If an activity makes you uncomfortable, tell the instructor before participating.
- Unsafe behavior will not be tolerated. We maintain a strict safety-first environment at all times.

Class Attire & Gear
- Pants with belt loops & your own belt recommended (we have belts available if needed).
- Please bring a separate pair of training shoes to wear on the mats.
- If you have a gun belt & Glock 17/19 holster, bring them; we also have holsters & belts you can use during class.
- NO LIVE WEAPONS ARE ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING. All weapons used in class are inert, unloaded, or training-specific.
