AMRAP in 3 mins of:
5 Deadlifts, pick load
5 Push-ups
20 High Knees
Rest 30 secs
Suitcase Carry, pick load, 100 m
10 Dumbbell Push Press, pick load
10 Icky Shuffles
Rest 30 secs

Rest 30 secs between each cycle.
For each cycle continue the AMRAP.
