2.15.24 Workout

3 rounds, 60 secs per station, for max reps of:
Tire Sledgehammers
Suitcase Lunge
Dumbbell Bent Over Row
Calf Raise
Wall Supported Tibialis Raise
Reverse Crunch
Kettlebell Swing

Rotate immediately to the next station every 60 secs,
the clock does not stop or reset between stations.
