For 2 cycles:
AMRAP in 5 mins of:
4 Burpee + Lateral Shuffles, 6 ft
8 Jumping Alternating Lunges
12 Alternating Bicycle Crunches
16 Kettlebell Swings, pick load
Rest 1 min
4 Push-ups
8 Broad Jump + Backwards Shuffles
12 Kettlebell Crunch Press
16 Jumping Squats

Rest 1 min between each cycle.
For each cycle restart the AMRAP.
