For 6 cycles:
AMRAP in 3 mins of:

3 Pull-ups or Ring Rows
3 Push-ups
3 Knee Raises or K2E’s
3 Dumbbell Bicep Curls, pick load
3 Dumbbell Press, pick load
3 Dumbbell Tricep Kickback Extensions, pick load

Rest 1 min between each cycle.
For each cycle continue the AMRAP.
