This workout should challenge you – when you don’t think you can do 1 more, do one more. You should look like a “crime scene” when you are done.

Barbell glute bridge is off a medball w/ tricep extensions, nose breakers

Farmers carry is with 1 arm. Go as far as you can with one arm then switch and go back. Try for 200m.

Ab exercises are star crunch.
