Complete as many rounds as possible in 25 mins of:
30 Mountain Climbers
16 Weighted Step-ups, pick load
16 Dumbbell Hammer Curl-to-Shoulder Press, pick load
30 Hollow Body Scissor Kicks, pick load

The Hammer Curl is done with a PLATE add an overhead tricep extension after the press.

Hollow Body Scissor Kick hold the Plate over your chest during the scissors
