5 RF-ME / 1 min Stations: Sumo Deadlifts, Jump Ropes, Dumbbell Press, and 2 more


5 rounds, 1 min per station, for max reps of:
Sumo Deadlift, pick load
Jump Rope
Dumbbell Press, pick load
Extended Plank + Reach, pick load
High Knees + Jumping Jack

Rotate immediately to the next station every 1 min,
the clock does not stop or reset between stations.
